For cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us with new date and time you see on the website 229-507-1945 24 hours before your appointment.

You have a (10) minute grace period before being considered "late" to your appt. At that time there will be a $15 late fee applied to your sitting. After (15) minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. 

Deposits are forfeited when desiring a "same day" cancellation or no show you are responsible to pay your balance you owe for your appointment before booking your next appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable unless there is a discrepancy on the Estheticians behalf. 

Due to limited space, no extra people or children are allowed to attend your appt with you unless your esthetician has given prior approval. 

If it has been more than (5) weeks since your last Brazilian wax please book as a  "new client". 

If you you book the wrong service your price will be changed to the correct amount at the time of your appointment. 

Our Wax Wednesday special is only available for repeat clients who come repeatedly every (4) to (5) weeks.  

All clients are allowed (1) reschedule opportunity for an appointment. It must be done ATLEAST (24) hours of there appointment.
